Important Booking Information – Non-Refundable Deposits

When you book any of our DJ packages, a deposit is required to secure your date and confirm your reservation. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

We understand that plans can change, but once a deposit is received, we begin allocating time, resources, and planning to ensure your event runs smoothly. This includes reserving your chosen DJ, scheduling equipment, and turning away other potential bookings for that date and time. As such, the deposit serves as a commitment from both parties.

We strongly encourage clients to be certain of their event details before making a booking. If you have questions or are unsure about any aspect of our services, we’re happy to provide guidance before confirming your reservation.

Please review all terms carefully and feel free to contact us for clarification prior to booking. Your understanding helps us maintain the high-quality service and professionalism that our clients expect and deserve.

By proceeding with a booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for choosing us to be part of your celebration — we look forward to making it unforgettable!

Power Supply:

We do not supply generators — we operate using mains power only and can connect via extension cables. Please check with the venue before booking.

Refunds:

All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued once a performance has commenced or been completed. Clients acknowledge that refunds will not be granted for any reason, including, but not limited to, musical selection, microphone use, dance floor participation, or personal preference regarding the performance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate song requests, but cannot guarantee specific songs, styles, or genres. Dissatisfaction with music selection is not grounds for a refund. By booking our services, clients agree to these terms in full.

Use of Venue Sound System:
If the client requests that we use the venue’s sound system instead of our own equipment, we cannot be held responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to sound quality, volume limitations, or equipment malfunctions. The client acknowledges that using the venue’s system may affect the performance, and agrees that no refunds or compensation will be provided for any resulting issues. We will always bring back up equipment and will use if needed - pease check with your venue prior to booking if this is a limitation.

Set up time:

Our standard setup time is between 30 and 60 minutes. Please be aware that we will arrive prior to the agreed performance start time to ensure all equipment is fully set up and ready for the scheduled performance. If we are unable to set up prior to the agreed start time due to a venue limitation, this is not a term for a refund.
